I started at Core Xcell in April, to get me ready for the lifting and training I would be doing at Lehigh University this summer. Within two months my squat had improved by 30 pounds and my bench had gone up 20 pounds. In addition, to the strength, I could feel my footwork was becoming better and better every time I came in to work out. I also increased my vertical by five inches. I definitely felt stronger and faster when playing in basketball games against girls who were older and bigger than I. Core Xcell helped improve my game and athleticism immensely and prepared me for Division 1 College Basketball.
