Sports Performance & Adult Fit

Number of times per week:
1x- total body
2x- lower body and shoulder protection
3x/4x- lower and upper body

Online Scheduling:
We have individual times slots you can choose from online, making it convenient for every client to pick the schedule that meets their needs.

Regular hours
3-8pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday
Weds – closed (for private clients only)

10-2pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday

NFL combine training:

Morning and evening, call for availability.
