We Offer Youth Training for

Athletes Ages 11-13

The training focuses specifically on:

  • Sprinting form
  • Agility/Starting mechanics
  • Shoulder protective exercises increasing throwing speed
  • Posture and alignment exercises and stretches

  • Safe weight training and speed resistance

We believe this to be the best youth program in the area. Your child will get stronger and faster while training at a safe progressive level to grow and mature into his/her body as it develops. Trainers are continually monitoring each youth athletes’ progress and safety.

The earlier you start at CoreXcell, the stronger of a foundation your child will have for the future to be at his/her peak in speed, strength, and athleticism.

2x Per Week for a Month, 1 Hour Sessions

Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00-7:00PM
Friday from 5:00-6:00PM
Call for Availability – Monday & Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:00PM
