He got reconstruction surgery and went to numerous PTs, but the pain in his knee never went away and he suffered for years not being able to train in the gym or play basketball. This Client tore his meniscus running for a base during baseball. He went to multiple PTs and Doctors without any progress. After working with Zach for 3 months he is back swinging and playing baseball without any pain in his Knee.

Knee Clicking & Popping Pain Fixed, Meniscus Tear

This Client tore his meniscus playing football and track in college. He decided not to get surgery and had pain and swelling in his knee for over 5 years. The knee would also click and pop if he went into a low squat. He went to multiple PTs and Doctors and they were not able to help him. This Client trained CrossFit for over a decade and did severe damage to his knees and shoulder. The doctor said he had multiple Meniscus tears and slightly damaged cartilage.
