We offer training for youth athletes ages 11-13.

Sessions are a hour and a half.

The training focuses specifically on:

    • Sprinting form
    • Agility/Starting mechanics
    • Shoulder protective exercises increasing throwing speed
    • Posture and alignment exercises and stretches
    • Safe weight training and speed resistance

 

- We believe this to be the best youth program in the area.  Your child will get stronger and faster while training at a safe progressive level to grow and mature into his/her body.  Trainers are continually monitoring each youth athletes progress and safety.

- The earlier you start at Corexcell the more opportunity you will have in the future for you child to be at his/her peaks in speed, strength, and athleticism.
