CoreXcell is an amazing revolution in athletic training.  I spent the past summer training my upper and lower body at CoreXcell and I got amazing results that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else.  I had tried other local training programs and got nothing close to the results I got from training with Zack Fuller and Erika Smith at CoreXcell. In just three months, my vertical jump increased eight inches and my bench press went up at a rapid rate. But, the training not only got me much stronger, it also allowed me to do so without my muscles getting tight.  Another amazing part of the training is that it doesn't make your muscles sore like lifting weights.  You actually feel better after every workout and you will not be sore for days after your workouts. The results I have achieved from CoreXcell have been completely worth it and I will continue to train at CoreXcell for as long as I am able.

I started working out with Zack in August of 2006 before going into my senior year of high school. Around this time, I went to a recruiting camp at Lehigh University where the coaches told me that my hitting was great, but my speed was a concern for making the team. My 60 yard dash time was a 7.54 seconds. After only four weeks of working out with CoreXcell, my high school coach and I noticed a significant difference in my speed. During my entire high school baseball career, I was known as the kid who could hit but was incredibly slow. Corexcell changed all that. For my final season in school I was known as a runner as much as I was known for my ability to hit. I owe that to my CoreXcell training.  I also was recruited by Lehigh University and became state and regional player of the year that year.
    
During the summer of 2007 preparing for my freshman year try-outs for Lehigh University, I was tested in my 60 yard dash again. My time was a 6.73, one of the top 4 times on the entire team. Zack's training took an entire second off my 60 time . I always thought I would be slow but the possibilities are endless with the training system.

Zack and Erika specifically design each workout to meet that athlete’s needs, whether the need be improved flexibility, strength, balance, or speed and quickness. By doing this program, you will see huge gains in strength, flexibility, balance, speed and in your overall athletic ability, which will lead to success on the court or the field.

CoreXell has some of the newest training techniques around. No other training facility in the Lehigh Valley, or even in Pennsylvania, is using these methods. CoreXell increases your athletic ability greater and faster than any other conventional workout methods. In my time working with Zack, I have seen myself improve in my 40yrd time, 60yrd time, broad jump, vertical jump, and even more specific baseball related improvements. My hitting power has improved and my pop-time to second base has fallen well below two seconds. Without CoreXell, some of these improvements would have taken much longer, or wouldn’t have happened at all. The explosive nature of the workout makes you faster in everything you do instead of slowing you down like most traditional weight lifting programs. The numerous and varying workouts keep me interested so I always want to go back instead of getting bored with the same routine every time. This variation of workouts also makes sure my body gets a more well-rounded workout every time I come to the gym.

Since I have started working out at CoreXCell I have seen noticeable gains in quickness, flexability, and overall strength. What I find most rewarding about the CoreXCell workout is that I am able to workout and become significantly stronger without becoming tight afterwards. This aspect is essential in my sport because I can do an extremely strenuous workout and still be able to go out and throw a seven inning game later that day. Overall I believe that any athlete who is serious about making large gains in strength, agility, and flexibilty, should give CoreXCell a try. Zach does a great job at making the workout fun while keeping his athletes focused. He is a highly motivated trainer who is truly interested in training his athletes and getting them better. He connects with them on a personal level (one-on-one attention), an aspect that I found to be lacking with other trainers and workout programs. I can honestly say that I have been very pleased with Zach Fuller and the CoreXCell experience.

In only a month of working with Zack, I gained five inches to my vertical and my throwing arm for pitching (baseball) felt noticeably faster and more flexible. My power on the tee for golf also improved, just after two training sessions! I was hitting at least 10 yards farther.  After a month of training, when I went for my golf tournament, I was out-driving kids I never was able to out-drive before.  It is amazing how fast the results are felt with this program.  It is not like regular weight training. It's more explosive and a lot more fun to do.

Through out my entire football career, I have done the typical training regimen for a football player, which is primarily squatting, benching and running sprints.  I always felt like the training was incomplete and I was not tapping into my true potential.  I was strong but my strength never fully translated on the field, and on top of that I was tight and had limited range of motion.   

When I started training with Zack at Corexcell, everything changed.  My vertical jump dramatically improved. I finally felt loose and limber when I was moving, and I was faster than ever. The most amazing thing is when I went back to lifting with my team, my max bench press immediately jumped from 320 lbs. to 355 lbs. after only training at Corexcell for a month and half over Christmas break.  This program is amazing and I am going to continue training there for the rest of my collegiate football career.
