I speed trained at another facility for 2 years and i felt good but i didn’t really get quicker. I decided to try out Corexcell. I saw an immediate impact in my game. At Core, they worked things that i never had worked on like, running form, specific cuts, and my flexibility. Once my flexibility got better i saw my running and cutting go to another level. It helped balance training and playing soccer which Corexcell told me how it would be in college. By the end i felt prepared for Division I Soccer
