Regular Hours:

Monday-Friday: 3-8:30, Saturday: 11-1pm

Summer hours:

Monday- Friday: 11-3:00pm,    Mon, Tues, Thurs 5:30-8:00pm

We have an on-line scheduling program to pick the times on line that best fit your needs.

Monthly Sessions

High School, College, Adults, Pros    

- 1.5-2 hours of training

-  Times per week for a month;   1x in season total body,   2x Lower body only,   3-4x upper/lower body

Youth Training  -  Ages  11-13

-  6-8pm, 2x per week for a month, 2 hour sessions, either mon, tues, or thurs.

Team Training

- You can bring your team over to Corexcell’s facility to train on site or we can train you at your school.  Call for more info

Individual Program Design

- We will design a personalized program based on your sports needs.  Videos of our exercises will be displayed on our website.

NFL  Combine Preparation

- (8-12 weeks long). 4x per week.  2 hour morning session. Followed by a 2 hour evening session.
